Registration fees for the workshop include breakfast, lunch, and 2 dinners during the workshop as well as an opening reception.  It also includes access to all the talks and program material.  The fees are as follows:

Full registration:

    Early (through August 31):  $650

    Regular and late (beginning September 1): $715

Student registration:

     Early (though August 31): $500

     Regular and late (beginning September 1): $550
